Showcase your evolving energy innovation or business October 7th

Apply by Septembe 2nd for the opportunity to present to investors, potential partners and economic development professionals.

Showcasing your work is a proven way to access resources, attract investors, and build your team's bench strength. It is not an academic exercise or technical presentation. It is straightforward communication to resource providers and investors about the real-world problems you idea is solving. The goal is to deliver your cutting-edge discovery into the hands of customers and potential investors.

Innovators will be chosen to present their companies at the Evolving Energy Showcase on October 7, 2022. Presenters will be able to meet with resource providers and investors, and be eligible for awards in the form of in-kind assistance, technical support, and funding.

How to Apply:

90 second video explaining your innovation and the problem it is solving
A PowerPoint slidedeck of no more than 7 slides that covers

Introduction of yourself and your team
The problem you have identified
Your (current or intended) customer and the value your innovative solution provides them
The key resources you need to more your innovation forward

NOTE: The Applicant is responsible for ensuring all information provided in the "Application to Make a Pitch' is non-confidential and not a public disclosure.

All applicants will receive direct personal feedback from reviewers.

Finalists will be invited to showcase their innovation at the Marriott Morgantown Waterfront Place Hotel at the Evolving Energy Conference. They will be provided with coaching from business advisors experienced in NSF iCorps team practices. These coaches will support the finalists in showcasing their idea for commercial success.
